Felicity’s passion for music began at the age of 7 when she began classical guitar lessons in Albuquerque New Mexico with Cuban concert guitarist Hector Garcia. At age 16 she began teaching guitar and knew she would pursue a career in music. After receiving her Bachelor of Music degree from the University of New Mexico, she went on to receive her Master of Arts degree from California State University, Northridge.

Giving Strength through Education to Those Who Need a Voice for Change is the dream this organization is working to achieve. One Voice 4 Change worked with students in Las Varas Mexico last year and has collaborated with The Chacala Cultural Foundation to promote the arts and education to the people of Chacala and the surrounding areas in Mexico.
